A license may fail to activate for the following reasons:
Your license is already in use on another computer. “Deactivate it”, then you can enter it on the current computer. You may activate/deactive as many times as you need.
Your internet connect has an issue where SoftRAID could not reach our activation server. If this persists, you can use “manual activation” to activate your license.
Your license is not recognized. Most of the time, there is a typo in the license, perhaps a leading space, or mistyped character. Check the license carefully and try again.
