How to Disable Auto-Renewal or Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to discontinue your premium subscription benefits for SoftRAID and opt out of automatic renewal, you can do so at any time before your renewal date. To manage your subscription settings, including opting out of automatic renewal, updating payment information, or renewing your subscription early, please follow these steps:

1) Log in to your OWC software store account at https://software.owc.com/shop/myaccount/
2) Once logged in, click the “Subscriptions” button and select “View” to see your active subscriptions.
3) On the active subscription screen, you can choose to “Cancel,” “Change Payment,” or “Renew Now.”

Note: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all premium features included with SoftRAID Premium until the end of your current billing period.
